Materials "MATERIUM" have the highest manufacturability in use. Depending on the ambient temperature and the saturation of ultraviolet radiation, a durable seamless high-performance anti-corrosion coating is formed within 1 minute to 1 hour, which meets all the requirements for protecting pipelines and tanks:

Materials "MATERIUM" are used for the restoration and protection of various capacitive equipment operated in aggressive environments, absorption columns, chemical devices operating under vacuum pressure, sealing and restoration of pipelines, including explosive and combustible substances, waterproofing and protection of concrete and building structures, parts, surfaces exposed to chemical, abrasive, erosive wear, as well as mechanical stress.

Material "MATERIUM" is a polymer coating made of fiberglass and special resins. Unlike polyethylene, epoxy, polyurethane, bitumen-mastic, polymer tape and combined coatings "MATERIUM" has superhigh adhesion (from 12 to 18 MPa) to the steel surface. The materials are used in liquid and gaseous media at temperatures up to 200 ° C, withstanding pressures up to 200 atm. Materials "MATERIUM" resist more than 700 chemically aggressive compounds and meet modern industrial safety requirements.
